Larry is responsible for strategic growth and identifying areas of opportunity to do better and excel.
Kaylene Smith

As the financial manager, Kaylene plays an integral role in the management team and ensures that all financial aspects of the company run smoothly, including invoicing, credit notes, quoting systems and is responsible for financial tool audits and reviews as well as overseeing all financial decision making and administration teams.

As Chief Operating Officer at Hot Chilli, Jed plays a pivotal role in driving the company's ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community impact. He oversees the design and management of all systems within the company, ensuring that operations run efficiently while upholding the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Jed is also entrusted with maintaining Hot Chilli’s ISO-recognized Quality Assurance, ensuring it continues to benefit both the company and its clients.
