Kynan Soesman – General Manager
As General Manager at Hot Chilli, Kynan plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations in Hervey Bay while supporting the company’s field operations. He is responsible for ensuring technicians are appropriately equipped and prepared for their scheduled works, while providing technical oversight across fault finding, diagnosis, quoting, and the timely resolution of reported issues.
Since joining Hot Chilli in 2016 as a Refrigeration Mechanic, Kynan has progressed into a senior leadership position, developing extensive technical and operational knowledge across the business. During his tenure, he completed his second trade, becoming dual trade qualified in Electrical and Refrigeration, further strengthening his ability to support complex projects and technical requirements.
Kynan is committed to driving high standards of quality, professionalism, and workmanship, while supporting the continued development of Hot Chilli’s tradespeople and apprentices. He places strong emphasis on continual learning and broadening the technical capabilities of the team.
Looking ahead, Kynan is focused on supporting the continued growth of Hot Chilli’s team and commercial client relationships, with a focus on expanding the company’s project capabilities and technical expertise.
