Kaylene Smith – Financial Manager, Co-founder.
As the financial manager, Kaylene plays an integral role in the management team and ensures that all financial aspects of the company run smoothly, including invoicing, credit notes, quoting systems and is responsible for financial tool audits and reviews as well as overseeing all financial decision making and administration teams.
Kaylene has been a key foundation of the company since its start up in early 2004, she understands the importance of adaptation and moving with technologies to ensure that clientele receive the highest level of workmanship.
In addition to Kaylene’s core responsibilities, she is heavily involved in all aspects of the company; helping to identify and rectify streamlined issues and sorts to identify opportunities to better progress the company in its administrative processes.
