Larry is a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic, Electrician and experienced manager. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, he has become a renowned technician and leader. As the core of the management team Larry is responsible for overseeing the entire company’s operation, ensuring the clearest, and most efficient route of doing business. Larry is responsible for strategic growth and identifying areas of opportunity to do better and excel.
Larry is a visible and energetic leader who is passionate about building high performing teams at every level of the company. Identifying capabilities and strengths of individuals is a strength for Larry. His passion for adapting and moving unanimously with technology is of high priority.
Larry places emphasis on client relations, installing and maintaining a ‘no call back’ policy. He believes that every client no matter the size is as equally important as the next, Larry realises that each client has a multitude of different needs and requirements and strives to identify, ensuring high quality and efficient workflow.
In addition to his core duties, Larry strongly believes in supporting the local communities in which we work, he has been instrumental in developing processes and procedure to maximise the companies positive economic and environmental impacts on local communities.
